Culburra Beach across the road provides an easy stroll to the usually calm Tilbury Cove or premier surfing destination Warrain Beach. Spoilt for choices, this is a haven for those who enjoy other water sports including boating.

On arrival you will be welcomed by the sea spray or by night mesmerised by the stars you thought had disappeared, then lulled to sleep by the sound of soothing waves breaking in the distance from this comfortable holiday home.

This is an original renovated 4 bedroom beach house offering accommodation for up to 8 people on 3 queen beds and a bunk bed (2 singles). This perfectly situated holiday home will delight those looking for a comfortable cottage by the ocean. The open plan living, dining and kitchen make for a relaxing getaway, with the outdoor covered entertaining area being a great place for lazy evening barbeques, a couple of drinks or just a quiet area to sit back and read a book. The kitchen is fully equipped, with laundry and second toilet off the entertainment area.

Venturing out and about, days are all about swimming, snorkeling, surfing, dolphin watching all year round and whale watching from October to November - all right in front of you. Of course, it may simply be about lazing on the golden sands with a good book. Only 50 meters away, the impressive 3km-long Culburra Beach is your second backyard and offers a great playground for your whole family.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Beach and great walks just across the road. Nice area. The house is great and we found it had everything we wanted/needed. Very clean and great facilities in the house. I would certainly stay here again. Cafe shop down the road was a bonus for quick lunch or dinner.
