Single storey holiday home with relaxing and inviting décor centrally located right in the heart of South Bay Carrickalinga, only mere minutes’ walk from the water’s edge. This residence will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, comprising of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a fully enclosed rear yard which is ideal for small children, pets and has the added bonus of free WIFI.

In the heart of the home, you will find the open plan living with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to the undercover entertainment area making a seamless transition to alfresco living. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric appliances to include stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer & coffee machine.

Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together.
Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular for this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 3-minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse and restaurant. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

We scheduled the visit to meet as a family for Christmas and a group of 7 adults and children. The house was great, location perfect and we really enjoyed the house and location. Ps and a very friendly neighbourhood with a couple of houses who assisted with advice.

We have again enjoyed our stay at decked out & offer the following feedback: - there are fan/ lights in the two double bed rooms however there is only one control. It is difficult to turn the fans and lights in & off - during the night the exhaust cover for the kitchen exhaust fell off - it was also noted that there were a lot of spider webs and spiders in the bedrooms mainly in the corners of the walls and ceilings
