Inside, you can relax with the family on the many couches and watch Netflix in the air conditioning, or head outside and relax in the sun-soaked backyard on the lawn furniture with a cold drink and some tunes on the portable Bluetooth speaker.
This well-equipped property has plenty of room to relax with two living areas, three dining tables inside and outside, and a plant-filled backyard to spread out across, with a secure fence to keep your pets safe and happy whilst you unwind.
When it’s time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the kitchen or enjoy the cooling sea breeze as you cook up a storm on the backyard BBQ, then turn in comfortably for the night across four bedrooms.
In the mornings you can wake up well-rested, shower in the ensuite, and wake up slowly with a cup of tea in the courtyard and a view of beautiful native trees, or enjoy an espresso at the breakfast bar to fuel a full day of adventure.
Culburra Beach is a short walk away, as is Lake Wollomboola for bird-watching or fishing.
The outdoor shower will ensure no beach bums track sand across the house when they return from exploring, and right across the road is the huge Fred Evans Park with plenty of room for a game of footy in the afternoon.
Parkview is situated conveniently just a ten-minute walk from the centre of Culburra Beach’s shops and restaurants when you don’t feel like cooking, and Culburra Bowling Club for a game of barefoot bowls.
There’s so much to see and do in this gorgeous coastal town, and so many different ways to unwind.

Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.

W loved our long weekend in Parkview and Culburra - great spacious house everything was there ready for our stay and air con for chilly nights worked really well. Clean, bright and welcoming. definitely will come again. Easy walk to the beach and fantastic walks on beach. Safe for dogs and park across the road great for a run.
My family of six & our dog spent a very relaxing week at Parkview. It is a delightful home with everything catered for. The house & location to the beaches & all amenities was fantastic. We loved all the areas that our family could relax in & the outside undercover area was brilliant! This is an excellent home to stay at & would highly recommend it!!
We had a enjoyable stay in this morden house. There were plenty internal space for kids to play when it was raining. The kitchen had been well equipped with kitchenware and tableware. There were a few minor downsides. The gas in kitchen stove was very weak, it took a long time to cook. There was no gas left in the BBQ cylinder. The bath tub had a lot sand in it and clothes dryer filter was not cleaned. But we quickly cleaned them by ourselves.
Property Management provided prompt service sending Andy after hour to fix the light bulb issue at ensuite. 😉

Our family of 9 (6 adults + 2 kids + 1 dog) had a great time at Parkview during our Easter holidays. The house has a large master bedroom in the front and good sized double bedrooms in the rear. Large entertainment areas indoors and outdoors. Walking distance to Culburra Beach (off leash dog beach), and easy driving distance to other areas around Jervis Bay.
This house is very spacious and in a great quiet location, only minutes walk to the beach and shops. The garden and outdoor settings are lovely and the yard is fully enclosed so your dog is very safe. There is free wifi and Netflix, books and boardgames so plenty to do on rainy days or at night. The beds are super comfy. We'll definitely be returning. Best dining recommendations...Sun Sun Chinese, Culburra Bakery, Pelican Rocks cafe, Greenwell Point. 😊
Our family of 6 spent a week at Parkview & what a wonderful week it was. So peaceful & relaxing!! Everything that was needed was there & the house was fabulous!! We had so much time to rest & enjoy everything. The weather was fantastic & the beaches terrific. Thank you so much - we will be back !!!
We have a wonderful time in this great house. There are plenty of spaces inside the house for everyone. My dog stayed outside the house as he can run around the back yard and sleep at the side yard where we can watch on him through the glass door.
