Cockroach waking me at 1:00 am crawling over my chest and neck was not at all pleasant, and to find a dead Roach between the sheets when the bed was stripped to leave was also not a great feeling either, we killed several Roaches during our stay and the Owner must be advised to have it sprayed IMMEDIATELY. No complaints on the house apart from the dated furtniture and uncomfortable lounge, which also needs replacement asap. We also thought the neighbours on one side 64, were quite unpleasant.

We had an amazing stay and the water view was fantastic.

Vacuum cleaner did not suck and brush in head di not rotate this was blocked tried to clean out but that did not help the brushrs rotate. Light in ensuite bulb gone.Cockroaches in en suite behind vanity drawers and running around shower at night. Tv in bedrrom several channels no picture but sound ABC worked well. Kitchen did not have scissors

The property was what we expected. however we would not stay at this holiday rental again nor recommend it to our friends or family simply because the neighbour (man) to the right of the property was extremely rude towards my family and my children. Telling us we had to keep our kids quiet when they were playing ball outside in the middle of the day and he was giving rude hand gestures towards my son and threating to pop his soccer ball. We were absolutely disgusted.

Seahaven is an amazing holiday home with amazing views over the water that don’t even require you to leave the lounge room if you don’t wish to. A comfortable home with space for everyone and a very comfortable bed in the main. Our family would definitely rebook again. This is not a criticism .. our family struggled with different phone providers so purchased our own portable wifi so we were all able to access various services …if wifi was included in the property it would be perfect !

This house needs a deep clean. They have a mould problem. The TV/movie room has mould all over the couches. We could not use this room. The first bedroom at the entrance has mould all over the bed frame. We could not use this room either. The fly screens throughout were so dirty. I wiped the kitchen screen with a cloth and it was black with dirt. The lawn out the back looked like it hadn't been mowed in a long time and was knee high. Disappointed and won't be back.

There were 4 of us (plus our dog) and we just loved the house and location. Very reasonable price. Right on the beach with easy access. The house had everything we needed. Can not think of any complaints. Would highly recommend this place.

great spot, sea at the back garden, fully fenced for our little dog. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up. Gd kitchen and very clean. Recommended.

Our family really enjoyed the relaxing time at Seahaven. The location is great and perfect if your dog is coming too. We missed Netflix though.

A genuine alternative to the suburbia of Hervey Bay but close enough to enjoy the benefits of the Fraser Coast

We had a lovely relaxing week away. The house had everything you needed and was well set out. The master bedroom was huge with amazing views. Very comfortable bed to.

A lovely quiet Comfortable place, with the sound and smell of the ocean, it's extremely relaxing.

Very comfortable,pet friendly holiday home. Great position and with "Goodies on the Beach" just a short stroll away we didn't want for much. Some padding on a couple of patio chairs would have been a plus and some of the op shop furniture needs introducing to a bonfire. Overall though, very comfortable and the staff at Elders Burrum were very helpful. Thanks.

This was my 3rd time staying here and we absolutely love it. The house has absolutely everything we need and it's always a pleasure to stay. We will continue to visit each year.

Although the house and outlook was amazing we were disappointed in a few things that would have made our stay better.

1. There was no spare toilet paper in either toilets and in the ensuite we had a few squares left spo had to go out and buy some.
2. There was only enough dishwashing powder for one wash, the dishwashing liquid was also almost out. Our stay was for two nights.
3. There was no dish cloth to wipe benches or dishes. We had to use a hand towel.
4. We were disappointed we had to make our own beds up with the linen we had paid for. We have stayed in many places where we had to pay for the linen hire but the beds were always made up.
5. The sheets in the main bedroom did not fit the bed. The bottom sheet was too small for the bed so we were not able to tuck it in and it moved all night.
6. The main bedroom needed an extra blanket on the bed. We were freezing as it only had a top sheet and a thin bedspread.

Seahaven was amazing as soon as we opened the front door. Beautiful clean home with outstanding views The beds and bathrooms are large, clean and inviting Nothing extra needed/ but some padded covers for the beauitul chairs on patio Would be an added great touch

Room for boat, great view, beds quite comfy, everything you would want from a holiday home. Toogoom is a wonderful place to holiday if you want to get away from it all.

Been using this house for 4 years now. Very disappointed with furniture. Looks like it was got from a secondhand shop. May have to reconsider using this place next year.
