When you walk into the property you are greeted with the open plan kitchen/dining/airconditioned living room that has plenty of room to move.
The bedrooms and the sleep out are all located off the living area.

Small fully fenced area for the pets and a double lock-up garage for the car and boat.

This property is ideally located near the shops and main boat ramp. It was clean and tidy and plenty of room for my boat. Its very good value for money.
Lovely home, clean and well looked after. Everything you need is there. Close to the shops and water. Had some lovely swims. Fished off the pontoon. Weather great. A fantastic holiday, will be back. Elders were lovely and helpful.

Great location, comfy beds.
Lovely week,house is neat & tidy. Kitchen well stocked but no pantry space. Would be issue if staying longer! Other Maintenance issues: Fly screen in kitchen needs a good clean(entire thing not just bottom half). Garbage Bin has no lid. When we arrived the bin had rubbish, water & LOTS of maggots! We cleaned it out but it was seriously gross! No curtain in bathroom. Think Shower is leaking from pipe under house. Nice if was more of a complimentary kitchen staples like oil salt pepper etc.
We loved our cottage. Clean and a great location we will come again.
We had a great stay in Happy Days. The house had everything we needed. Our boys and our dog loved it. Burrum Heads is a lovely little town.
Very nice house for a stay in Burrum, this house is located near main boat ramp, and a short walk to shops. The setup inside the house has everything you need, nicely furnished, very comfortable and clean and plenty of room outside too, enjoyed our stay here. Elders service is great!
Daughters and grandkids had a great time relaxing, fishing and swimming at our recent annual Burrum Heads trip. Good times by all in a great location and well equipped house. Sheds were a bonus when storms arrived on two evenings. Great house for 4 to 6.
Great location. Close to esplanade, boat ramp and shops. All you need for a quiet get away. Found Happy Days to be quite clean and very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The shed was great to put the boat away at night. Our Fur Babies loved it there as well. Would recommend to friends.
Home is clean and in good position close to boat ramp.The washing machine stopped working but we really enjoyed our stay at Happy Days.
