There is an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, which expands through lovely big glass sliding doors, onto an outdoor alfresco area.

Drape yourself in the afternoon sun on the rear deck complete with an outdoor dining table setting for 10 people and BBQ.

The combined dining/living areas are tastefully furnished with polished floorboards throughout, a pool table and a gorgeous wooden dining setting for 10 guests.

Located at the entrance of the property is the lounge room, complete with a Coonara wooden fireplace, just perfect for curling up on the lounge and reading a book or watching a movie.

Perhaps a glass of wine or just some peace and quiet away from the kids.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances you would expect including a spacious island bench and 4 bar stools.

It truly is a delightful property to entertain and catch up with friends and family.

Bed & Bath

The home comfortably sleeps 9 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom is located at the rear of the property overlooking the beautiful backyard. Its complete with king-size bed, TV, quality furnishings, and spacious modern ensuite offering double shower and vanities. Bath and plantation shutters that open up into the bedroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 - are located off the main living zone, offering queen size beds, built-in robe, and quality furnishings.

For your convenience a central modern bathroom, sleek design offering double vanities, bath and double shower. The powder room is located adjacent to the bathroom offering that additional privacy.

Bedroom 4 - comprising of a double size bed and a single bed, built-in robe, and is tastefully decorated.

Ideal for the kids! Ideally located close to Rye Back Beach and National Park. Or if you are wanting a calmer option the bay beach is only a few minutes drive away.

Fully fenced backyard for the little ones, heating and cooling throughout, wifi, outdoor shower, and lots of entertaining options make this property the perfect spot for the quintessential family beach holiday.

Tumby on Rye was a beautifully presented home for our extended family getaway. Lots of toys and games for the kids, lovely outdoor area and space to spread out inside. It's a little bit isolated with no real footpath to the local health food store on the main road, but also in a nice a quiet street. We had a fabulous time.

A beautiful property for an extended family getaway, toys and room for the kids to play, but spacious enough for the adults inside and out. It was so lovely to arrive with the lights on and music playing, the outdoor deck was spacious, and everything was spotless. Thank You!! The only minor negative was we couldn't find how to close the automatic gates to keep a toddler safely in the backyard, as they're were no instructions in the property manual on how to do this.

It was a great house, clean and spacious, with ample room for kids to play, and a kitchen with everything you need. The pool table was a bonus. Overall a really comfortable house to stay in. We would stay there again.
