This is the ideal family beach house located on prestigious Currumbin hill, only a short walk to the ocean! Sit on the North East facing deck, overlooking beautiful Currumbin Beach or walk to boutique shops, cafes, well renowned restaurants and Currumbins absolute beachfront Surf Club.

The home is built over 3 levels with the double garage plus extra shower on the ground floor. The first and second floors are split level.

The first floor features open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area opening onto a sunny balcony, with a couple of steps up to 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom.

The main bedroom is located on the third floor (top floor) featuring ocean views through the white plantation shutters plus an ensuite.

SMALL PETS CONSIDERED UPON REQUEST

The home is equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired locally at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au

Keys are to be collected from and returned to the property manager in Coolangatta.

Currumbin is located only 10 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 30 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Currumbin beach offers a vibrant cafe culture and one of the Gold Coasts best surf clubs. The beautiful stretch of pristine patrolled beach will delight all and surfers will love Currumbin Alley with waves suiting beginners to the advanced. Currumbin Creek is perfect for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming and fishing. Cuddle a koala, feed a kangaroo or try the tree-top ropes course at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. There are also free markets every Friday night, featuring a range of food and beverage stalls and live music.

This property was a true holiday home. Low maintenance, homey, pet friendly and an awesome location. We enjoyed a relaxed week with our family and our dog. Exercise, coffee and a swim every morning and lots of quiet meals at home with the ocean breezes. We would have loved wifi and the option to leave our pup asleep inside whilst we went out for dinner but both those things would not deter us from staying again. Thank you for having us.

Seawoods @ Currumbin is a lovely property in a perfect location. We had excellent help from the property manager during our stay at Seawoods and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book our next holiday again through Gold Cost Holiday homes.
