The home is set over two levels with the ground floor offering the ideal entertainment zone! Watch the kids play in the pool from the comfort of the covered alfresco dining area. Cook for a crowd in the spacious, fully equipped galley kitchen with top of the range appliances, stone benchtops and plenty of storage space.
Relax in the oversized lounge room complete with comfortable furnishings, smart TV and WIFI. There is also a second lounge room with smart TV and a third study/ sitting room.
The top level offers 4 bedrooms plus another lounge room. The oversized master suite offers luxurious king bed, walk in robe and oversized balcony with a serene outlook over the Tweed hinterland. There is also a luxurious ensuite with makeup table and double head shower.
There are 3 more bedrooms on this floor 1 with queen bed, 1 with tri bunk and walk in robe, 1 with 2 single beds and walk in robe.
The upstairs loungeroom offers double fold out sofa, smart TV and access to the balcony with stunning views over the water and out to the ocean.
There is ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout for year-round comfort. There is also a double lock up garage, fully fenced back yard and off-street parking for your boat!

The property is located in Bilambil Heights, which is only 10 minutes from Kirra and Coolangatta Beach. The home offers stunning views over the Broadwater, Tweed hinterland and ocean glimpses.
The home is equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Great property for the whole family with the swimming pool entertaining the kids. Well supplied kitchen with coffee machine and everything you could possibly use. The only thing we would have liked is linen supplied so as not to bring interstate. Would highly recommend this property. New supermarket opening close by soon.

Great house with spectacular views to the Gold Coast and the hinterland. The house has everything you need and it was very clean and well organised. You should know that you need a car for shopping and restaurants and so forth, but the rides are not long.
Hampton Heights is a great property, we loved it, and the pool was so good with a 5 year old.
We had an excellent stay at Hampton Heights, the house and the pool were amazing and so much space for our two families. I would suggest adding some starter like salt and pepper and perhaps a hair-dryer.
