This apartment is situated about a 10 minute walk from famous Kirra beach, shops and cafes and offers comfortable accommodation at a great price! The recently renovated apartment features 2 bedrooms, ensuite, second bathroom, modern kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge and master bedroom, laundry and spacious lounge room.

Located on the first floor with just a few steps, this spacious and well presented apartment is great for families and for retirees escaping the cold! Cool Breaks is a small, quiet resort elevated on a hill and set amongst tropical gardens with an in ground swimming pool, BBQ area, secure basement parking and a quiet relaxing setting for families and couples.

The apartment is equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to the property manager in Coolangatta.

Coolangatta is located only 5 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Coolangatta offers a smorgasbord of cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars. Coolangatta beach is patrolled year round and offers clean white sand and clear water. For surfers, it is only a short walk to some of Australias best surf breaks- Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks and DBar. Shoppers will love the trendy fashion boutiques, homewares stores and surf stores, and you can stock up on basics at Woolworths or Aldi in the Strand. There is free WIFI in The Strand, as well as in the parkland along the beach. Enjoy loads of free activities and the Coolangatta Art and Craft markets on the second Sunday of each month.

A great location, only 8-10 minutes walk to Kirra beach and cafes. The apartment is large and well equipped with kitchen items. There is a lovely balcony with trees to enjoy. The apartment can easily accommodate 2 adult and 2 children. I would rate this apartment very highly.

***** Cool Breaks is in a great location to experience Kirra Beach (600m), within walking distance, with Coolangatta about 1.4km away. Secure Parking is available for those with cars. This is a professionally managed apartment with no hassles on check in or check out. Overall a little dated inside but with a few small fixes this is a comfortable apartment to stay and enjoy the Tweed and Gold Coasts
