Downstairs has an open plan living space with comfortabe lounges, flat screen smart TV, indoor dining setting for 6 and glorious views of the basin.
Upstairs features a full bar, an additional lounge area and an indoor/outdoor sunroom.

Outside

At the rear of the home there is a covered outdoor dining area with gas barbecue. At the front the enormous grass lawn leads all the way to the water's edge.

Linen

Linen is Not provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mats and tea towels. Alternatively, you can order your linen from Aroma Linen Hire.

Pets

This property is suitable for pets and the front yard is fenced. However they are not allowed inside. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Garage not for guest use however there are 3 off street parking spaces available.

Security Bond

A bond of 500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). The property manager accepts Visa or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

Arrival and Departure Times

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, functions and Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

Modest home, but caters to a family. Clean, lots of places for everyone to 'escape'. Local Country Club is excellent choice for dinners. If a couple of kayaks could be provided that would be excellent? An outside dining table and chairs near the home would be good too. I had to buy a muffin tin for the kitchen (which I donated) as I'd promised the kids Yorkshire puddings. Some of the kitchen utensils need upgrading. I cook - a lot - and kitchen scales would be useful too. Overall - it was a great break.
