This is a single storey home located an easy 300m walk to the white sand beaches of Jervis Bay. Enjoy this fantastic location without all the main street noise!

Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, large fenced backyard with side access gate and built in BBQ, large bathroom and additional toilet in the external laundry room and three beautiful bedrooms. Enjoy an afternoon BBQ in the backyard after a day at the beach and a family meal in the enclosed outdoor entertaining area on the back verandah. There is plenty of off street parking at the home and the side access gate is ideal for anyone bringing a boat, jet skis or car you'd like to safely secure. The outdoor shower has hot water and both the shower and sink are fully plumbed in. This home is truly a fisherman's paradise! Your family and pets will love this comfortable and stylish home.

There is much to see and do in Jervis Bay and Nonna’s Place is located right amongst it! Enjoy swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

This property is suitable for pets. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). The property manager accepts VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);


We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;


This property is surrounded by permanent residents.

Strictly no Batchelor/Hen parties or Schoolies will be tolerated.

Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The house is lovely and great for dogs. Perfect spot to be close to the hustle and bustle but not in it.

This was a well-appointed comfortable house in a quiet convenient location, close to bushland and a short walk to the ocean. Excellent service was offered by management when we found that plugs were missing, these were replaced in a short space of time. A bonus was the family of kangaroos that came out at dusk from the bush across from the house. Additionally the cul de sac that ran alongside the house provided a safe place for bike riding and skate boarding. We enjoyed the various beautiful beaches, the Leisure Centre, plus bike riding and walking along the beach side pathways. Ice creams at Huskisson Ice creamery were a hit with all of us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located in the heart of Vincentia.
Nestled in a very quiet street only meters away from the beach.
The beds were comfortable, although the kitchen could do with some additional crockery.
