This large two storey home overlooks the spectacular North Bay at Carrickalinga. Situated at the end of serene cul-de-sac, only a short stroll to the beach via pathway or a few minutes drive from the township of Normanville.
This home is cleverly designed with entertainment in mind and will have you relaxing into complete holiday mode from the moment you walk through the doors. Seaclusion is an ideal family friendly home, so spacious with having four generous sized bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests, two large family living areas, two kitchens, numerous alfresco dining areas, two bathrooms with separate toilets and two fully enclosed decked areas to keep your beloved 4 legged friends safe and close by.
The open plan set up of the home allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune yet also have their own space.
Upstairs you will find the main open plan living area with amazing coastal views, well equipped kitchen, large dining table and a massive lounge area with floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows to allow the outside in. Large undercover entertaining area with ample seating and a webber Q.
You will also find 2 bedrooms up stairs and the main bathroom which comes complete with a very large relaxing spa bath.
Downstairs is the perfect spot for another family or for the children to hangout, they have their own living area complete with a full kitchen, dining and lounge, another undercover outside entertaining area, 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Enjoy the tranquil surrounds with the gentle sound of the surf and the native animals wondering the rolling hills. Keep an eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoons.
This striking stretch of coastline features rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunging down to the sea, ever changing surf and a township squeezed between the hillside and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand. It is a very popular beach for families especially loved by children who explore the ever changing rock pool formations.

Upstairs Bedroom1: 1 queen size bedroom with a trundle bed to sleep 3 pax. Bedroom 2: 1 single bedroom with a trundle bed to sleep 2 pax, porta cot.
Downstairs Bedroom 3: 1 queen size bedroom to sleep 2 pax. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds to sleep 2 pax. Double sofa bed in the downstairs living room to sleep 2 pax.

Upstairs large spa bath, shower, separate WC and separate vanity. Downstairs bathtub, shower and vanity and separate WC.

We enjoyed our family holiday in this large house which sits among the tree tops with views to the sea, stunning sunsets and abundant birdlife. The kitchen has most utensils you'd need with plenty of crockery and cutlery. The mattresses are comfortable. The outdoor dining on the deck has sea views and is shaded for most of the day. A couple of screens on the deck would make it more useable in the afternoon and evening.
Having needed to cancel a few times due to Covid, the team at Fleurieu Accommodation were very helpful and understanding. The house was well equipped and very nice ocean views. The communication with Fleurieu Accommodation was great and the key collection and drop off very convenient. Thanks again.
We had a wonderful stay at 8 View Court. The house was large enough to accommodate our families and children without being on top of each other. The view of the ocean and being high among the trees was amazing. And only a short walk to the beach, it was perfect. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house to stay in. Plenty of room, two separate bathrooms, comfortable beds. Lovely views. Perfect for our group to stay in. Definitely use it again.
Just stayed for a long weekend with friends,plenty of room for all. The only criticism would be the need for outdoor blinds around the sitting area on the balcony...gets extremely hot & also breezy ..
Lovely clean house that is ideal for families and friends, plus doggos! Great location only a couple of minutes easy walk from the gorgeous beach.
We enjoyed our January 2021 family holiday in this large house which is walking distance to the beach. The house is well appointed with generous living areas, quality furniture, comfortable beds and stunning views of the coast and the sea. The hot and cold outside shower was a treat to use after a session at the beach. We hope to return.
We just spent 7 days at this lovely property which has all the necessities needed for a perfect get away. The only thing I found with my big group of 10, was cooking on the small Webber Q just had to batch cook. Views are stunning and the short walk to the beach is perfect. Do yourself a favour you won’t regret it!!
We had a lovely weekend in this house. It was a very comfortable and clean house with all the facilities we required. The house has an alarm so beware when arriving, the instructions were not that clear.
The house was fabulous! The views are awesome and there is only a short walk to the beach. The house is very large, enough space for everyone, even our pooch!
