This tastefully decorated townhouse has stunning views of the golf course and rolling hills. This property recently had an internal make over and presents beautifully. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area is styled with modern furnishings. The living area opens up onto a large balcony with a beautiful outdoor setting and a BBQ to enjoy the summer sunsets.

The 3 spacious bedrooms all have built in robes. The master bedroom has a tri-bunk upstairs has a queen bedwith access to its own private balcony.

The other 2 bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen size bed, the other with a tri-bunk, perfect for the kids! You will also find a converted garage ideal for the kids to hang out with the bonus of a full out single trundle, tv & lounge.

Main bathroom has a shower, bath & vanity area, a separate toilet upstairs and downstairs, washing machine,fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, zoned ducted R/C air conditioner, undercover entertainment area and balcony with BBQ.

Guests also have used of 4 complimentary bikes with helmets and numerous borad games.

Stay was pleasant. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Bedrooms are light and spacious and well set up for families. We ordered and paid for the additional linen on each bed - sheets provided were flat sheets which we had to make each bed. Advertised rumpus room was not available to us,which spoilt our stay due to having 4 children,who we purposely booked this property for to have their own separate play space and that made it difficult to keep them entertained with winter weather.

This three bedroom townhouse is right on the golf course. Easy walk to the course restaurant and to the townhouses designated pool. Two indoor entertaining areas and lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the local views (golfers on one side, kangaroos on the other!)
