Sleeping up to seven, this charming house on a quiet street near the ocean is set up with everything you need to enjoy the gorgeous coastal town of Culburra with your family and pets. With its coastal décor and cosy vibes, as soon as you arrive and smell the sea salt in the air, you’ll already be settled in for a relaxing holiday.

With air conditioning and outdoor seating for the summer, and heaters and a bath for the winter holidays, this house is equipped for all seasons. For those rainy days, the garage has been converted into a games room, containing a dartboard, table tennis, foosball, lounge, and full-sized fridge. It’s the perfect undercover entertainment for adults and kids, and a welcome respite from the heat on sunny days. Your furry friends can be safely ensconced within the fully fenced garden too. Whether inside or outside, there’s plenty of room for everyone, although you’ll have to draw straws for the room with a queen bed and its own TV.

When mealtimes come around, everyone can gather at the table in spacious living areas—either inside or outside—and enjoy fish and chips from down the road in the air conditioning, or cook up a storm on the backyard grill to enjoy the sun and sea breeze. There’s even an herb garden if you’ve got a chef in the family, or a slow cooker if you prefer to let technology do the work for you. We have no doubt you’ll want to stay for a while at this gorgeous property, so take your time and appreciate all the options this home provides for you to come together or spread out and enjoy some alone time. For some quality bonding activities, grab a console controller or a board game and defeat your loved ones in a mighty battle of wits and skill, or choose from their book collection and read outside in the hammock with an espresso.

Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights! The shining sands and sparkling waves of Warrain Beach and Culburra Beach are just a few minutes walk away, as is Penguin Head with its breathtaking view off the point of the headland with the ocean all around you. You can even hop in the car and drive the short distance to explore Culburra Beach’s local shops and restaurants; the owners recommend Bamboleo Pizzeria Café for dinner! Of course, this perfect home will be waiting for you to come back, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, and settle on the deck with some cold beers to watch the sun set. For a magically unique experience, grab the telescope from inside and see how many constellations you can spot in the clear coastal night sky.

We stay overnight and they ask to pay a $500 refund last January 14. They deposited the $500 to my account and on the same day they deducted it again without my authorisation. It’s been 4 months now and until now I haven’t get my money back. Very bad service. I won’t recommend you to stay and used their services.

We had an awesome time at Tilly's Retreat. Culburra is our favourite place and we holiday regularly there but due to one of our dogs old age we had to find a single storey house this time for her. Tillys Retreat ticked all our boxes. Very close to our favourite beach. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Such a great place to spend a week relaxing. Gemma and Rani the German Shepherds are very jealous that Tilly has her own holiday house but thanks her for letting them use it.

We had a great time, house & location was great. The only negative for us was the 4pm check in, it is to late in the day. 2pm to the max we have seen before. You have missed the whole day & still paying a day rate.

Very clean, spacious, big kitchen with plenty supplies and nice TV in the room! Loved the garden with the hammock, with beautiful stars at night. few min walk to 2 different beautiful beaches! Absolutely loved the garage with all the games! Also loved to read about Tilly’s stories and seeing the pics around the house!

This was the best place to stay we and our pup loved it here . We hope to return again soon it was in the best location a three minute walk to the beach , 5 minutes to a cafe what more could you want !.
