Blissful 4-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Dunsborough WA. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. This property can accommodate up to 10 people with 4 rooms and 6 beds at your disposal. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!
Located only a five minute walk from magnificent Dunsborough beach, this modern 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property has everything required for your relaxing down south family getaway. As you enter the foyer of Mimosa the home peels off to private bedroom areas to your left and forward through to the main living area of Mimosa. You will notice the clean polished floors throughout bordering floor to ceiling windows opening to a modern outdoor living and BBQ area. Appointed with tastefully finished fittings and appliances imparting a modern luxurious feel to the whole home.
The home itself is well appointed with 4 spacious bedrooms and 3bathrooms (2ensuites) split across two wings separating the master room and en-suite. The well appointed kitchens attractive open-plan design affords the host interaction with guests seated in the lounge, dining and external dining areas on northern alfresco area. The home is perfect for entertaining friends and family whilst also providing a separate games room for the kids.
The Master bedroom at the rear (Eastern Wing) of the house and consists of a very comfortable king sized bed, and storage space is at a premium with a huge walk in robe located between the bedroom and its modern en-suite. The second room has a queen and single bed with its own ensuite and the third room has a queen with two single beds in the final fourth room. The third and fourth bed are serviced by the family bathroom, which houses both a shower and bath and a small powder area.
Bifold doors lead you out to an alfresco area complete with comfortable seating and inbuilt outdoor BBQ kitchen complete with hot /cold sink. The is an extensive grassed area for the kids with the bonus of a garage that has been fully converted to a large games room, where the family can compete for bragging rights at table tennis.
Heating and cooling is provided by reverse cycle air conditioning in the master bedroom second bedroom and the living areas. Also perfect for the winter months where you can cosy up in front of the ambience of the wood fire with a fine bottle of Margaret river wine
Quite simply, this home is clean, modern and very relaxing.
**ALTHOUGH THIS HOUSE DOES ALLOW PETS, WE POLITLEY ASK THAT THEY ARE TO STAY OUTDOORS IN THE FULLY ENCLOSED SPACIOUS GARDEN** If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking.
A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
* Please note that the firepit shown in the pictures has been removed at the owners request, due to the shortage of firewood in the area.
Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting the property manager after booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
