Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck and the outsanding view. Your pet is welcome inside this property! Air conditioning will keep you cool or enjoy the game on the TV. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!
You can park up your tender at the back door. If you don’t own a boat why not hire one for your stay and enjoy the delights of Busselton via the water. The Deck Bar and Restaurant is a short motor away through the canals, or if you are feeling a bit more adventurous, visit the world-famous Busselton jetty via boat after a day of fishing on the bay.
If you are more of a land-lover, the Deck Bar and Restaurant is a 10 min walk away for lunch, dinner or drinks and Sensations Cafe is a 20 minute walk via the footbridge for your morning coffee, breakfast, brunch or lunch. Busselton central with its restaurants, cafes and of course the famous Busselton Jetty and foreshore precinct is 10 mins away by car.
For the family day out try some ziplining at Forest Adventures or explore the Dunsborough township, Ngilgi Cave, Yallingup, Bunker Bay, Eagle Bay & Meelup Beach - all within easy driving distance. If it is wineries and breweries you are after, the wine region is easily accessible for a day out. Self- drive or get one of the many tour operators to pick you up at your door.
Linen is included with every booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bath mat, hand and face towel(s).
The house is a spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home. Upstairs comprises 3 QS bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath, and a small second living area which provides beautiful sunrise views of the wetlands. A great spot to ease into the day with your morning coffee.
The ground floor comprises 2 QS bedrooms, bathroom, the large main living areas and kitchen. Dolphins can often be seen from the canal facing Al Fresco area; the Al Fresco has a ceiling fan and mains gas BBQ and offers stunning views across the water providing a great spot for a relaxed breakfast or twilight dining.
The home is completely serviced by ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. In addition, a wood burning fireplace adds a special ambience in winter.
Please note that whilst some firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months, the quantity available at the property cannot be guaranteed. Should you wish to use the fireplace and firewood is not available at the home, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Whilst pets are welcome please note that the property does back directly onto the water and there is no fencing between the rear yard and the canal. The front yard is fenced and gated and is separate from the rear yard, ideal for your little ones and furry-friend to play safely all stay long.
This property is self catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
The maximum number of guests permitted to reside at this property is 8 people. Exceeding this occupancy may result in your accommodation being terminated.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Pets are allowed inside the home but not on the furniture please. Please ensure dogs toilet area is cleaned up prior to departure.
