A spacious, well appointed and comfortable house with a great garden for kids and expansive balcony set in the tea tree for outdoor dining. An easy walk (with beach trolley) to Tideways beach and the Sorrento Sailing Cub means you can forget about the car and relax!

The house itself was fine, but the check in and check out procedure/communications were disappointing. Check in: 4pm means missing most of the day. We arrived at 3pm and there was no sign of the cleaners who had been and gone, so we could have checked in earlier. Check out: Instructions are on the fridge, all very clear. The day before departure I received 2 texts and 1 email about the departure instructions and/or rubbish bins. On the morning of check out I got another text. Too much!

Treetops was a fantastic holiday rental for a family group weekend getaway. The facilities are excellent - everything you could possibly need to comfortably cater at home. Super clean. It’s quite a walk from the beach and Ocean Beach Road shops & cafes but we still enjoyed strolling to St Paul’s General Store for coffee both mornings. It was great to be able to bring our French bulldog on our trip, too. We’d happily stay here again.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Treetops this year, due to 3 factors. Many of the light bulbs were inoperative (& had also been so in the previous year!). There is a major issue with either possums or rats which seem to infest the house every night, making it extremely noisy & difficult to sleep. The house is advertised as being pet friendly - but the back fence is not secure whatsoever. My Labrador escaped multiple times which was extremely stressful for me and my daughter.

We loved the house we stayed at and would definitely go back.

A responsive host with great care to details and exceptional cleanliness in presentation and style. We loved the garden and it made an attractive and leafy background for our daughters wedding photos. Decks on both sides of the house made the space feel larger and was appreciated by all. A well equipped kitchen which exceeded all our needs. Lastly a very generous extension of our stay with early check in and later check out.

We had a lovely winter break here the house was warm and welcoming and the layout was perfect for a house of 3 teenagers and parents. We would love to come back one day.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved the outdoor spaces. Super close to the beach. Perfect for family getaways. Just a couple of points we noticed, the leak in the downstairs bathroom and maybe some pedestal fans in each of the downstairs bedrooms as it was very hot overnight. Thanks again for a great stay, would recommend!

Excellent communication, arrival and departure

The upstairs part of tree tops was gorgeous, beautiful outlook with a nice warm gas fire.

We stayed with two other families. The kitchen was fully equiped and great for cooking for 9. There was lots of room for the kids and dogs.

We loved this stay. House was clean and well presented. Decks are gorgeous and backyard fun for kids to play and explore. Close enough to Sorrento without being right in the busy main strip - best of both worlds!

Considering it hailed pretty much all of the day, the saving grace was the electric fire! The electric fire and the couches were all we needed to while away the day. It made staying home and inside that much more pleasant.

A beautiful home literally set amongst tree tops. The decks both front and back make this home spectacular as you enjoy the outdoor space with sunshine all day long. The house is well equipped for a large group and the backyard very accommodating for a dog. Easy access to the beach and less than 30min walk into the town centre. Would happily stay here again and recommend to any others.

Good location short stroll to a great beach, very quite and peaceful location. Plenty of room for lots of guests.

Such a great place to spend the long weekend. The house was a perfect layout for our family to share some quality time together and enjoy the sun on the front and rear decks. It was only a 10 minute stroll into the Main Street of Sorrento and the kids enjoyed some great surf breaks at Gunnamatta. We'll be back to stay again soon as we can heard up the family once more. Highly recommended.

This place is in a great location, just a short walk from a lovely beach, and is very well set up for families. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space, multiple decks to enjoy the weather and a garden with trampoline and cubby house. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped, with a BBQ downstairs. Everything was clean and we very much enjoyed staying amongst the treetops.

We had a short but very comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us near the beach and yacht club

The main balcony set in the treetops was great, as was the kids cubby house and backyard. Sullivans Bay beach is a hidden gem.

Our family had a great time staying at Treetops. The kids loved the cubby house, which also includes a few toys to play with. The house is comfortable and very well equipped. It's situated in a great location to explore the region.

Loved that there were so many balconies and outdoor spaces. The grass area and kids play equipment were much appreciated. We also loved being close to Sullivans Bay.

A few small things to fix but overall a great stay. The location of 'Treetops' was terrific - very quiet and within walking distance (almost 2kms though) to the main village (was lovely along the beach).
