Great place for a family holiday. The house is very comfortable and is stocked with everything you might need for your stay and there are plenty of fun activities to do without leaving the house. The location is quite close to Diamond Bay and its not too far to walk/short drive to Sorrento Beach and the Main Street for shopping and meals. We had a great time, thank you!

The location and outdoor areas for this property are absolutely amazing! Communication with Verve was exceptional both before and during our stay.

We recently had a beautiful, relaxing time away in a very well appointed property, perfectly located from one of Sorrento's best back beaches, if not the best back beach. The house itself has everything you could want from entertaining zones, enough bedrooms and bathrooms, swimming pool with enough lounges, seating and bbq area. The main outdoor dining area overlooks the tennis court, gorgeous flowering gardens and inground trampoline with another bbq area. We would highly reccommend this place.

This is our fourth stay at St Maarten, and it was yet another amazing experience. The home offers everything you could ever want for a fun,relaxing and comfortable holiday, and the indoor and outdoor areas are packed with things to do for the whole family. We adore coming here very year and love the location of home being so close to Diamond Bay back beach. Well equipped, aesthetically pleasing, loved it all. Would highly recommend this property, it has everything (pool, beautiful deck overlooking the garden and tennis court) and it's easy to find a quiet spot if it's busy in the pool. Close to Diamond Bay and other walks. Quiet area, friendly neighbours. Love the eclectic collection scattered throughout the house, very homely.

A great place to stay. The outdoor area in particular is fantastic. Huge grass area, great pool, tennis court and trampoline a huge hit with our kids. House great for families as have different wings/living areas to create a sense of space. Would definitely stay again.

There are not many places where you can take 3 children and a dog and *everyone* is happy, but St Maarten delivered! The pool and pool table was a big hit and we definitely enjoyed the big back yard and deck with the summer sun shining. We will be back again for sure!

We just enjoyed an amazing 5 days at St Maarten that we won't soon forget. We are 3 families (6 adults and 5 kids) and the room configuration was perfect. We loved using the different living zones, the trampoline especially was a highlight for the kids! The backyard was perfect for adults to be about to sit on the deck and relax while observing the kids playing. The pool was well hidden away, which is good with young kids around. We enjoyed a dip on one of the days we were luck enough to get warm weather. The pool room is great, and the Sonos Bluetooth speakers connecting to each different room was a nice touch.

Wow! Blown away! What a beautiful tranquil space. Just spectacular and perfect for our family reunion to celebrate a 60th. We have had the most amazing 5 days as a family. Thank you for being part of our wonderful memory. Just breathtaking. Amazing you have everything!

Fantastic holiday home, great for families. Lots of private areas on the property to have some quite time. Lots of games for the kids and the tennis courts and trampoline were a real hit, as was the pool. Highly recommended for large families.

I booked St Maarten 5 months ago and I’m so glad I did. The house is large with multiple living spaces that give you privacy even when staying with a large family. Great for the kids, the never stopped playing tennis, swimming and jumping on the trampoline. The house has absolutely everything provided including a massive variety of kids games. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back.

It was perfect from the time of arrival with a lovely welcome pack of goodies to greet us and then the arrival mid-stay of an inflatable swan for the kids to play with in the beautiful pool - so thoughtful and the kids were just delighted. The house was perfect for our family with all the amenities you could wish for. Just excellent. Cant rate it highly enough. It was a most relaxing holiday and we will definitely stay again.

Our family stayed at the St Maartens property together and it was incredibly suited and set up to delight every age, from my 3 year old to my 85 year old Nana. What a beautiful house! The tennis court, trampoline and back deck were very well used. The Verve service was very impressive. Thank you for being so responsive and considerate. We were amazed with how quickly your responses to our queries were returned.

We had the pleasure of staying at St Maartens with our family and bridal party for our wedding weekend. The space and activities to entertain everyone - Especially the trampoline for our flower girl. Every luxury was thought of. Especially happy with the amenities in the kitchen, that allowed for catering for the whole group. Plenty of plates and glasses! So impressed with customer service from the ladies at Verve.

We had a delightful holiday at St Maarten. It was absolutely perfect for our family.
