Perfect place one of the best getaways we've had family of 6 with 4 kids under 12

I can't recommend this place enough, Amazing views to start and the end the day with. Spacious living area and indoor pool was just what we needed. Thankyou having for us, definitely a weekend to remember!

This place was amazing. Views were incredible, the house amazing, and the heated pool in winter was perfect. The place exceeded our expectations (and we had pretty high expectations). While we did have a few unfortunate things occur (no fault of Verve or the owners), they responded extremely well to these issues to make the experience very enjoyable and satisfactory. We are definitely considering booking in again same time next year for another winter escape!

The stay here was absolutely wonderful! It was a family trip with a toddler and infant and was the perfect place to have our own private areas as well as plenty of space to come together as a family. The pool is definitely a highlight! The location is great, with stunning views and wildlife around. There is lots to do in the area for everyone, even in winter. If you do have kids you’ll need to put away the many decorations, but we got onto this early and had no troubles. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing break.

Wow!! Stunning view from every part of the house . A beautiful peaceful place to stay especially if you want to focus on quality time with your loved ones . The kitchen and living areas were beautifully designed and extremely spacious. The outdoor terrace and BBQ/dining area are fantastic. The indoor heated pool was a bonus especially for the kids. We definitely had a lovely weekend stay in the amazing accommodation. We will definitely book this place again !

The views are spectacular. With floor to ceiling glass in living areas, you can enjoy it irrespective of the weather. It was also a real treat to have an indoor swimming pool to ourselves.

Entirely satisfied

Bellevue sur Mer was the absolute dream house for our extended family get-together before our wedding on the Peninsula. It easily accommodated us with our grown-up children and their families from interstate. We enjoyed meals out on the deck, barbeque breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen had everything you would ever, ever need to cook gourmet meals. We made use of the wonderful indoor pool and the spa-bath with a view. The outdoor court was enjoyed by several of our party. What a stay!!!!

On behalf of my husband and myself, I would like to thank you for hosting us at Bellevue Sur Mer last weekend. We both had a wonderful time and adored everything about the property. Everything from the home, the views and the range of amenities were beyond what we could have asked for. You had covered everything, we barely needed to leave the house.

Make sure you arrive before sunset on the first day!! The views were RIDICULOUS. If you miss the sunset, the sunrises from the living room / balcony are possibly even better. We stayed with a total of 3 couples, which was perfect for the setup. The master bedroom does not have a door and is very close to the 4th bedroom. (It's not a deal-breaker, but worth being aware.) Everything you need is in the kitchen to be self-sufficient and not leave your new cliff palace :) Can't wait to stay in this place again.

Bellevue Sur Mer - What a house! The photos don't do it justice!

This place is perfect. No need to leave, it has everything at the house.

The home has ample space and excellent amenities and obviously the view is second to NONE!!! We definitely packed a lot of unnecessary items just in case but the house literally had everything we needed especially in the kitchen! There was also a portable speaker and beach toys and shade, great laundry and plenty of beach towels. There are a lot of gorgeous display items throughout the home which we had to put away from our inquisitive toddler...suggest you take pics of where they belong so you know where to put them all back. Quick drive down to Dromana township with an excellent IGA with everything you need and the beautiful bay. Highly recommend for large families!

This is our second time at the property. It is absolutely stunning. We literally did not leave for 3 days and had the opportunity to completely switch off. It is so comfortable!

We arranged this weekend away for our parents combined 60th birthday and wanted to stay somewhere special with a with a bit of wow factor, and Bellevue sur Mer did not disappoint. The views alone were absolutely stunning, and you’re very private at the top of the hill with no direct neighbours. The house is beautifully fitted out and well equipped with everything you need. Annette from Verve Vacation Rentals was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and gave us some great recommendations of things to see and do while we were in the area. We also used their concierge service to book a couples massage for my parents as well as a chef to put on a catered dinner at the house on our last night. All of the staff they sent us were incredibly friendly and professional, and they meal we had cooked was sooooo delicious (thanks Gabby!). I highly recommend this house, and Verve Vacation Rentals. Thanks for helping us to arrange the extra special weekend for our parents that we had envisioned

We've had a fantastic stay. We didn't realise there's no door to the main suite. It may have been an over site from us, but overall fantastic property.

We stayed here with our father for his 80th birthday. The property was just fabulous. The views are incredible, the house was set up so well for a family, the kitchen had everything you need so you don't need to dine out all the time. Its location is great as you are about 15-20mins from the wineries, hot springs and local shops are only 5mins drive from the property. Verve Vacations were very helpful and professional when we were booking this house and were a knowledge of information.

Great house with fabulous views with all the amenities to host a large family. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. Good instructions to get there and to use appliances, air conditioning etc. Would highly recommend for a get away to the Mornington Peninsula.

This summer (Jan 2018), we hired Bellevuew sur Mer in Arthurs Seat for 2 weeks in early January. The property was perfect for what we required. The layout/functionality, the amenities, the little extras and of course THE VIEW!!!!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We only left the property to restock on nourishment's!
