We are an instant booking site - we do not list properties for enquiry only and do not mentnion your contact details on listings.

We require a link to your booking calandar and tariffs. Please do not complete this form if you are not able to provide these!

4Availability Calendars


We require the iCal link/s to access your calendar on HomeAway, Airbnb and others. We can import multiple calendars if need be.

We use these links to download the availabilty for your property several time per day.

5Your Tariff Types

 

Set up your tariff types to speed up tariff entry in the next step. Your tariff types can be set in seasons and holiday periods.

If any of the items in the tariff type changes, such as the pricing is the same but the minimum stay is different, then creat a new tariff type.

6Your Tariffs

 

When creating your tariff records please do not leave any gaps in your date ranges. Also, the first day should be the day after the previous tariff's date range.

7Other charges

Please enter zero for any fees you do not charge.

8Booking Deposits and Terms

We usually ask for a 50% deposit when a booking is made. We add our fees to this deposit amount and pay the deposit, sans our fees, to your bank account when it clears ours. Usually the next day.
When is the ballance due on your bookings - number of days prior to check in? If the check in date is prior to the balance due date we will charge the full amount at booking time, otherwise we leave collection of the balance to you.

10Bank Details

We will need your bank details so we can pay you the deposit we take from guests for your bookings.

11Property Photos

Best to only upload landscape images as portrait can be used but don't work well. Images will be sequenced in the order they are uploaded. So if that's important to you, upload one at a time.

(Tip: Upload one photo first and then others in a batch. The first one uploaded will be set as the primary photo for the listing.)
