4Other charges

If your ancilliary charge are not included in quote responses from you PMS provider we can add them to our quotes. We will apply these to quotes delivered for each of your properties.

5Booking Deposits and Terms

Most PMS systems will inlude the deposit amount and balance due date in the quote response. Please let us know what we should set by default in case they don't.

In any case we will need your booking terms and cancellation policy so we can advise guests.

We usually ask for a 50% deposit when a booking is made. We add our fees to this deposit amount and pay the deposit, sans our fees, to your bank account when it clears ours. Usually the next day.
When is the ballance due on your bookings - number of days prior to check in? If the check in date is prior to the balance due date we will charge the full amount at booking time, otherwise we leave collection of the balance to you.

6About Pets

What is your pet policy?

For example and perhaps most crucially, do you allow pets inside your properties? For example, let us know if you allow pets inside all properties by default, or Vs, unless specified in property description.
How many pets do you allow by default to stay at your properties? We set the listings to this number unless specified in the property description.

We have found that some PMS's have a default setting of 1 pet for each property. Please ensure you set each property appropriately in your PMS!

7Bank Details

We will need your bank details so we can pay you the deposit we take from guests for your bookings.
